How we handle information you share when you request a quote.
What you share
The quote form collects your lighting preferences, name, email, community, postal code, and any optional phone number, address, notes, and house photos you provide.
Why we use it
Alberta Christmas Lights uses this information to review your project, prepare a quote, answer your questions, and contact you about your request. Permanent lighting enquiries are used to follow up about that future offering. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
How it is handled
Cloudflare processes the form and sends the request, including resized photos, to our quote inbox. Our email provider stores that message so we can respond. Photos are not published to the website. Please send only photos you have permission to share, and avoid including people, licence plates, or other unnecessary personal details.
Questions and requests
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your submitted information by replying to our response. You can also email info@albertachristmaslights.ca with your privacy request.
Website features
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may process technical information to provide hosting and protect the quote form from spam and abuse.
